Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases. • Work on Lower to senior-level mandates in non-technical domains. • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified profiles. • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fitment. • Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews, feedback, and offers. • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, MIS reports, and database. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
