Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as per organizational needs.

• Hiring Coordination: Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

• Onboarding: Execute and support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection, induction, and orientation.

• Field Recruitment: Occasionally participate in field recruitment drives or walk-in interviews.

• HR Support: Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and other administrative HR activities.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Willingness to travel locally for field recruitment as needed

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹19,000 per month (starting from Day 1)
