HR Recruiter/ Admin

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter cum Admin to support our recruitment efforts and administrative functions. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, employee documentation, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

• Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.

• Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate onboarding procedures.

HR & Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

• Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

• Track attendance and leaves; support payroll input and documentation.

• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks.

• Assist in implementing company policies and maintaining compliance.

• Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
