Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting (Non IT), learning and development and employee performance programs. Will manage, track and fulfil job openings working with managers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Shortlist candidates based on the Job description.
Screen and Schedule face-to-face interviews and client interviews
Collect documents and assist onboarding formalities with HR.
Co-ordinate background verification with 3rd party vendor
Responsible for payroll creation and other new joiner onboarding
Induction & training program for new joiners
Manage and track vacancies and communicate with all stakeholders
Manage employees’ grievances
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Create and run referral bonus programs
Present monthly HR Reports to management
Required Skills/Abilities:
2+ years experience in Non - IT staffs recruitment through Naukri, Indeed etc.
Willing to work in a startup environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Willing to work from our Sholinganallur office
