Job Responsibility

·         Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction

·         Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of interactions in a CRM or database 

Recruitment and onboarding

• Develop strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting jobs, interviewing, and hiring.

• Handle the on boarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition. 

  Employee relations and development

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

  • Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

  • Manage performance appraisal systems and support career growth through training and development programs.
