Core Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and set qualification criteria.

• Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), conduct offline networking, and utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates.

• Screening & Selection:

  Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews (phone, video, in-person) for various roles

  .

• Process Management: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from application to offer, ensuring compliance and a smooth workflow.

• Candidate Experience: Maintain communication, provide feedback, and ensure a positive experience for all applicants.

• Data & Metrics: Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire) and maintain candidate databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Psychology often preferred). 

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
