•Job Title:• HR Recruiter - Wealth Management (NBFC & Banking Sector)•Job Summary:•We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our Wealth Management teams in NBFCs and Banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record in recruitment.•Responsibilities:•- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source top talent for Wealth Management roles in NBFCs and Banks- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create job descriptions- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and joining formalities- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other stakeholders- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management•Requirements:•- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry- Strong knowledge of NBFC and banking regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems- Relevant certifications, such as SHRM or HRCI, are a plus•Preferred Skills:•- Experience in Wealth Management or a related field- Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders- Experience with data analytics and performance metrics.
