We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and campus drives.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and assist in documentation work.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and people management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and multitasking ability.
Hands-on experience in a corporate HR setup.
Exposure to real-world HR practices and systems.
Certificate of Internship on successful completion.
