Key Responsibilities:
Understand client job requirements and industry expectations
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Job hai , Shine, Work India Indeed), LinkedIn, references, and internal database
Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates based on client needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates and clients post-interview and until onboarding
Maintain and update internal recruitment trackers and databases
Ensure smooth coordination and communication with clients for feedback and updates
Keep updated with industry hiring trends and market competition
Preferred:
Prior experience in a staffing or consulting firm
Knowledge of bulk hiring, IT/Non-IT hiring, or contract staffing
Comfortable handling multiple job roles and high volume hiring
