• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

• Target-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
