Fedus is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage our human resources function. This is a critical role responsible for driving our end-to-end recruitment efforts and establishing core HR systems (KRA, Performance Management) necessary for scaling the organization.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in high-volume hiring and a strong understanding of general HR operations.
3. Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas)
A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for all levels and functions, ranging from Blue-Collar (warehouse/logistics) staff up to Senior Management.
Sourcing Strategy: Effectively utilize premium Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed) and social media to source high-quality candidates rapidly and consistently.
Agency Management: Liaise and collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultancies/Agencies to fulfill urgent and specialized hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate/administer skill tests to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
Onboarding: Manage salary negotiation, offer generation, and ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
B. HR Operations & Organizational Development
Structure & JD/KRA: Assist the Founder in defining and documenting the company's Organizational Structure, creating detailed Job Descriptions (JDs), and setting clear Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for every role.
Performance Management: Develop, implement, and manage a simple yet effective Performance Measurement and Management System to track and evaluate employee performance.
Employee Engagement: Design and execute employee welfare programs, engagement activities, and initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
HR Compliance: Ensure basic adherence to company policies and assist in necessary HR administrative tasks.
4. Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on recruitment.
Recruitment Expertise
Proven ability to hire across diverse profiles (technical, sales, operations, and blue-collar staff).
Functional Knowledge
Excellent command over drafting JDs, setting KRAs, and implementing performance management basics.
Tools Proficiency
Proficiency in using modern Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed) and managing recruitment databases.
Communication
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. Strong interviewing and negotiation skills are a must.
Preference
We strongly prefer candidates residing in the vicinity of the office location to ensure a smooth commute and high engagement.
5. Compensation and Application
Salary (CTC): ₹25,000 to ₹40,000/- per month (Dependent on experience and proven capability).
