Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting profiles.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT/Non-IT).
Strong knowledge of recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Hands-on experience in interviewing, shortlisting, and candidate evaluation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, etc.) will be an added advantage.
