Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: [Gurgaon]

Work Mode: [Work from Office / Day Shift

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Calling candidates and explaining job roles and company details.

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintaining recruitment data in Excel trackers (Follow-up Sheet, Master Tracker).

• Regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure closure.

• Supporting offer rollout and joining formalities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn – preferred).

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to meet hiring targets and work under pressure.

Eligibility:

• Graduation in any discipline (HR preferred).

• Freshers with recruitment training or internships can apply.

• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per company standards
