The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with both IT and Non-IT clients, and ensuring timely closures with quality talent. Key Responsibilities  End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing).  Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.  Source candidates using multiple platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, social media).  Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.  Negotiate salary, notice periods, and offers with candidates in line with client expectations.  Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.  Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and closures.  Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to overall team success.
