Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Recruitment team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

• Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases / ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–1 year of experience (including internships/trainee roles).

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
