Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and workforce planning across Afaq Group companies. The role requires strong coordination with department heads, quick turnaround hiring, and maintaining recruitment discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and support roles

• Source candidates through portals, referrals, walk-ins, and vendors

• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management

• Ensure right-fit hiring based on role requirements and operational needs

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements

• Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication

• Share shortlisted CVs with clear remarks and recommendations

Documentation & Onboarding

• Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment records, candidate trackers, and hiring reports

• Support onboarding and initial orientation of new joiners

Process & Compliance

• Ensure recruitment follows company policies and timelines

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate data

• Support HR documentation and basic compliance as required

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
