We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads

• Manage offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Coordinate with HR operations for onboarding support

Required Skills & Competencies

• Any Degree is mandatory

• Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (mandatory)

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills

• Ability to handle recruitment

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
