PAYROLL EXECUTIVE - WSPL

📍 Location: Thane (West)

🗓 Weekly Off: All Sundays + 2nd Saturday

💼 Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to handle end-to-end payroll activities and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS). The ideal candidate should have strong command over payroll processing and MS Excel along with confidentiality in data management.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines

Verify attendance, leave and overtime inputs

Calculate earnings, deductions and reimbursements

Ensure compliance & timely filing of PF, ESI, PT, TDS

Maintain employee master data and payroll records

Handle Full & Final settlement for exited employees

Coordinate with HR & Finance for reports and audits

🎯 Requirements

Graduate in Commerce / HR or a related field

1–3 years of experience in payroll processing

Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS rules

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software

High accuracy, confidentiality & attention to detail
