Position Overview:

The Recruitment Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes by managing CRM systems, client portals, and coordinating with headhunters and candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM and Portal Management:

Maintain and update the CRM/ATS system with accurate candidate and client information.

Ensure timely tracking of candidate statuses and client feedback.

2. Data Management:

Manage and organize recruitment data on Excel with precision and accuracy.

Use Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and trackers for effective recruitment management.

3. Communication and Coordination:

Follow up with headhunters, candidates, and internal teams at every stage of the recruitment process.

Draft professional emails and communication through Outlook.

4. Scheduling and Time Management:

Manage calendars and schedules to coordinate interviews and meetings efficiently.

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth recruitment workflows.

5. Learning and Adaptability:

Quickly learn and adapt to CRM/ATS platforms and tools used in the recruitment process.

6. Collaboration and Initiative:

Work closely with the recruitment team to support ongoing projects.

Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (required).

Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, CRM management, or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in business communication via Outlook.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and creating reports.

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive mindset.
