Either a fresher with no experience or one with an industry experience of 1 to 2 years, preferably in a Compliance Management organisation of repute.
General understanding of statutory labour compliances of a particular State or Region. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Beginner level of understanding of a Central Act and two State level Acts. Should be familiar with the provisions of these acts and be able to communicate them.
Ability to work well with teams and handle work assigned by team leader.
Understand and communicate key statutory provisions, preparation of Dashboard, Tracker, Filing of online applications for Registration, Amendment. Must be computer literate. Must go on field operations as and when required.
Takes guidance and support from peers and seniors. Must be a self-starter, with ability to plan and work with minimum supervision.
Good command over English and state/regional language. Ability to communicate well in verbal and written communications. Good at writing emails.
