We are looking for a HR Operation Executive to join our team Sarvodaya Manpower and Securitas Solutions Pvt Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and assisting in daily business operations. You will be responsible for monitoring supervisors and managing attendance of the staffs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Speaking Kanada, and Tamil will an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment cycle
Managing attendance of the employees.
Handling Employee data.
Generating ESI numbers of the new joining staffs.
Assiting in the daily business operations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and workforce management are required. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
