Key Responsibilities

Call job seekers to verify and complete their profiles
Update candidate skills, experience, location, and job preference
Suggest suitable salon jobs based on profile fit
Identify and mark spam or unprofessional profiles
Flag suspicious activity and maintain platform hygiene
Ensure accurate and complete candidate data

Eligibility & Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups
Prior experience in telecalling, HR screening, recruitment, or customer support is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
