Position: HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all Human Resource functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and supporting organizational growth. This role involves managing recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to selection).

• Prepare job descriptions and manpower planning.

• Conduct interviews along with department heads.

• Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance & leave management.

• Oversee payroll inputs, salary revisions, and confirmation processes.

• Manage full & final settlements and exit formalities.

Employee Relations

• Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances.

• Implement employee engagement activities.

• Promote company culture and maintain discipline.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.

• Coordinate audits and maintain statutory registers.

Performance Management

• Implement and monitor PMS (KRA/KPI-based).

• Support managers in conducting appraisals.

• Suggest training needs and development programs.

Policy & Process Management

• Frame, update, and implement HR policies.

• Ensure adherence to organizational procedures.

• Drive HR process improvements.
