The Human Relations Manager is responsible for managing employee relations and supporting core HR operations across the organization. This role focuses on policy implementation, employee engagement, performance support, and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment. The position requires hands-on HR experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Implement and manage employee relations policies and HR procedures
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes
Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms
Promote employee engagement, motivation, and workplace well-being initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and organizational standards
Support training and development programs for employees and supervisors
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports
Assist senior HR leadership with audits, reporting, and process improvements
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
4–7 years of relevant experience in human relations or human resources roles
Practical experience in employee relations and HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
