Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding clinical (doctors, nurses) and non-clinical staff; managing manpower planning.
Employee Relations: Handling conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work culture.
Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies (NABH, ESI/PF).
Performance Management: Overseeing appraisals, evaluations, and improvement plans.
Training & Development: Designing and implementing programs for staff growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits administration, and records.
HR Operations: Managing HRMS, employee databases, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
Strategic Support: Assisting leadership with audits, reporting, and HR strategy.
