Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Drive performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives
Ensure legal and statutory compliance (labor laws, PF, ESIC, etc.)
Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee records
Support workforce planning and organizational development
Lead employee engagement and retention programs
Coordinate with management on HR strategy and policy decisions
