Source, screen, and recruit skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end hiring process
Handle employee onboarding and joining documentation
Understand client manpower requirements
Share shortlisted candidates and ensure timely placements
Maintain regular communication and relationship with clients
Manage employee records and maintain proper documentation
Handle ESIC & EPF registrations, updates, and monthly submissions
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance
Maintain attendance and leave records of deployed staff
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
Address payroll-related queries (PF, ESI, leaves)
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Handle employee grievances and resolve basic workplace issues
Maintain internal HR records and ensure smooth operations
Supervise junior HR or recruitment staff (if applicable), Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management, Ensure timely achievement of hiring and manpower targets
Strong recruitment and communication skills, Knowledge of ESIC, EPF, and compliance work, Good command over MS Excel, Word, and job portals, Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
