Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR to oversee payroll, Salary, overtime, and statutory compliance. The role requires accuracy in salary processing, employee data management, and compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary and overtime calculations.

• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement to employees.

• Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, LWF, and other statutory compliances.

• File monthly/annual statutory returns and maintain compliance records.

• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll reconciliation.

• Maintain employee master data, attendance, and leave records.

• Address employee queries regarding salary, deductions, overtime, and statutory benefits.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll, salary management & compliance.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software & MS Excel.

• MBA/PGDM (HR) or equivalent qualification.

Salary: 35,000 to 50,000
