Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Tronica City, Ghaziabad – 201103

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification:

Graduation (Mandatory)

MBA in Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist profile.

Gender Preference:- Female candidates only

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

2. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

3. Assist in statutory compliance work (PF, ESIC, etc.).

4. Support in employee engagement activities and HR communications.

5. Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation.

6. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

7. Maintain confidentiality of HR and employee-related information.

Skills Required:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3. Knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC)

4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

5. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
