Job Description – HR Manager
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Manager with strong hands-on experience in managing core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to HR processes, employee management, and organizational policies, even if they do not hold formal HR certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Support performance management and appraisal systems
Act as a point of contact between management and employees
Prepare HR reports and assist in workforce planning
Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience in HR functions (minimum 2–5 years, depending on company size)
Strong knowledge of HR operations (recruitment, compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination)
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
Formal HR certifications not mandatory; practical HR experience is essential
