🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple domains.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate coordination.
Maintain strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, conversion ratios, etc.).
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, assessment techniques, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
