Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR Manager to handle the entire HR function A to Z—including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, compliance, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and well-versed in end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain HR files, contracts, and policy documents.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with management on HR planning and reporting.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and documentation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage HR operations independently.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools.
