Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development programs.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Organize training, team-building, and employee engagement activities.
• Support management in strategic HR planning.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software will be an added advantage.
