Employee experience, engagement and culture building Driving engagement programs, R R initiatives, team activities and feedback mechanisms that strengthen culture and retention. Attendance, payroll input accuracy and HR data management Maintaining attendance systems, preparing payroll inputs, updating HR databases and ensuring clean employee records. People advisory and issue resolution Acting as the primary HR partner for employees and managers, resolving grievances with confidentiality and supporting people decisions
