Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments: kitchen, service staff, housekeeping, front office, store, purchase, and management roles.
Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning & staffing needs.
Create structured induction programs for new hires.
Plan and conduct training on grooming, hygiene, food safety, guest service, and SOPs.
Maintain training calendars and track staff performance improvements.
Oversee attendance, leave records, and employee scheduling (rotational shifts).
Coordinate payroll inputs, OT records, incentives, and ensure salary accuracy.
Manage employee documentation, contracts, ID cards, and HRIS updates.
Ensure compliance with labour laws (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment).
Maintain statutory registers, handle inspections, and liaise with consultants.
Ensure F&B/hospitality-specific compliance such as food-handling health cards where required.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, exit process, and full & final settlement.
Drive a positive work culture focused on teamwork, hygiene, and service standards.
Plan staff welfare programs, team-building activities, and reward programs.
Address employee grievances and support management in retention strategies.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with staff and department heads.
Implement performance review systems (KPI/KRA-based).
Assist department heads in evaluating staff performance and identifying high performers.
Recommend training, promotions, and role enhancements.
Prepare weekly HR reports: hiring status, attrition rate, manpower summary.
Support management in strategic planning, HR budgeting, and workforce optimization.
Ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
Strong understanding of hospitality/F&B operations and staffing.
Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
Ability to handle pressure, shift-based operations, and multicultural teams.
