Daily basis attendance sheet with Leave report with Late attendance to be reported in Management.

Responsible to process the joining formalities with induction training.

Handling payroll and coordinate with invoice process

Responsible to update the master details in ESI & PF portal.

Daily-Attendance maintenance Takes care of on-board employees’ induction and communication of HR policies for new associates. Resolve employees’ queries. Provide payroll inputs to accounts dept. Maintenance of HR database of the company.
