Job Description
We are looking for a HR MANAGER to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Manager responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Experience: 5-15years
Location: Balwom, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

· Filling positions within an organization.
· Experience in Handling HR operations.
· Knows how to make Teams from scratch.
· Developing own network of suitable candidates.
· Handling and maintaining Operations part of the Company
· Handling of administration and record-keeping.
· Writes job descriptions for needed positions
· Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
· Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
· Screens and interviews candidates
· Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
· Interviewing candidates.
· Preparing job offers.
· Proven work experience as Recruiter or similar role
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
· Experience with sourcing techniques
· Understanding of referral programs
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Bachelor's Degree
· Good knowledge of job portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Upto 50,000/- per month (Can be negotiated based on Work Experience)
