🌟 About the Role:
Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee compliance, operations, and HR functions.
👉 Only candidates with prior managerial experience in HR will be considered.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliances, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management, and must be willing to relocate to Bhopal within 15 days.

📝 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
✅ Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, employee records, and HRMS.
✅ Develop & implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
✅ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management & exit formalities.
✅ Handle disciplinary procedures & grievance management.
✅ Drive employee engagement & maintain a positive workplace culture.
✅ Prepare compliance reports & liaise with government/regulatory bodies.
✅ Monitor audits & ensure timely statutory filings.

🎯 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
📌 Minimum 4+ years of experience in an HR Manager or HR Generalist (Manager-level) role.
📌 Strong knowledge of compliance, labor laws & HR best practices.
📌 Experience in payroll, HRMS & employee database management.
🤝 Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills.
🚚 Willingness to relocate to Bhopal within 15 days.
