We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Aadi Fashion to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹45000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Identify needs for Resources in all Departments
Create job descriptions
Plan hiring based on shifts and capacity
Handle interviews and offer letters
Design structured onboarding
Maintain master data (ID proofs, attendance, etc.)
Ensure role clarity and rule awareness
Implement biometric/digital attendance systems
Track leave and overtime
Define shift timings and weekly offs
Coordinate salary calculations and deductions
Manage overtime payments
Support wage structure and increment planning
Ensure PF, ESI, and Factory Act compliance
Maintain statutory registers and returns
Coordinate with auditors and inspectors
Act as neutral contact for grievances
Address conflicts and behavioral issues
Maintain floor discipline
Define KPIs and performance expectations
Coordinate appraisals
Support skill improvement and rewards
Identify technical and safety training needs
Coordinate on-the-job and safety training
Maintain training records and tracking
Support to provide safety inductions
Manage welfare initiatives
Document safety incidents
Draft HR policies and Code of Conduct
Standardize processes across departments
Labor Laws complete understanding

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
