Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and executing HR policies, managing employee engagement initiatives, resolving workplace issues, overseeing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. They will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and aligning HR operations with the company’s goals.

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning skills
Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Engagement expertise
Performance Management, Training, and Development skills
HR Policy Implementation and Compliance knowledge
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
Experience with HR software, tools, and data analytics
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
