HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, while gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.

• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.

• Help manage campus recruitment drives and internship programs (if applicable).

• Participate in HR meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires when required.

• candidate must have there own laptop .
