We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, while gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Assist the HR team in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Help manage campus recruitment drives and internship programs (if applicable).
Participate in HR meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Assist with onboarding activities for new hires when required.
