We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers stipend of INR 3000 to 5000 and extensive working knowledge in HR Domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening through Job Portals.
Conduct Telephonic Interviews.
Scheduling In-person interview.
Background-Verification.
On-boarding Documentation
Job Requirements:
Candidate should be MBA in HR or pursuing MBA.
Possess good communication skills.
Should be a strategical thinker.
