About the Role:

We're looking for an HR Intern who can support day-to-day HR operations, hiring activities, and basic documentation work. If you’re organized and eager to learn real HR processes, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per requirements.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines

Support onboarding documentation and employee data management.

Help with HR reports, tracking sheets, and daily operational tasks

Maintain communication with candidates professionally.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR/Management

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes.

Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, and MS Office

Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines

Stable internet and laptop (remote requirement).
