Job Description – HR Recruiter / RPO Team Leader

We are hiring an HR Recruiter (RPO Team Leader) to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and field sales roles (FSE/FSA).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end hiring for Field Sales, FSE/FSA roles.

• Lead and manage a small RPO calling team.

• Assign daily tasks and ensure target-based hiring.

• Manage calling operations through Tata Tele Smartflo.

• Create job posts, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.

• Maintain Excel trackers and daily hiring reports.

• Coordinate with clients for updates, requirements, and closures.

• Ensure timely follow-up until joining and target completion.

Requirements

• Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar / field sales recruitment.

• Team handling experience preferred.

• Good communication & coordination skills.

• Knowledge of Excel, job portals, and calling tools.
