Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resource functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be strategic, proactive, and passionate about shaping a people-first culture in a growing Real Estate organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, marketing, and support staff.
Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and ensure their effective implementation.
Maintain and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with industry best practices.
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, development, and exit processes.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with sensitivity and fairness.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and support departments in KPI-based reviews.
Plan and execute training, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Ensure legal compliance and documentation related to employment laws and labor regulations.
Coordinate payroll with accounts and oversee attendance, leave management, and HRMS systems.
Support management in creating a positive, motivating work environment and organizational culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate or sales-driven industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/HR software tools.
Leadership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
