🗝️Key Responsibilities:
⭐Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
⭐Maintain employee records and HR documentation
⭐Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs
⭐Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling
⭐Support daily HR operations and admin tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software is a plus
