Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-friendly, and capable of managing HR processes with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Prepare job descriptions and post on job portals.

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

• Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to final selection.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee files and update HR MIS.

• Conduct induction/orientation for new employees.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Maintain daily attendance records.

• Update leave registers and track absenteeism.

• Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.

4. Payroll Coordination

• Share monthly attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives.

• Manage PF/ESIC/Professional Tax documentation (if applicable).

• Support timely salary disbursement.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR records, registers, and policies.

• Assist in implementing company policies and SOPs.

• Handle HR audits and statutory compliance coordination.

6. Employee Engagement

• Organize celebrations, training, meetings, and team activities.

• Address employee queries, issues, and maintain a healthy work environment.

7. Exit Formalities

• Process resignations, full & final settlements.

• Conduct exit interviews.

• Ensure clearance and documentation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of labor laws & HR policies

• Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and HR software

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
