Primary Goal: To build and maintain a consistent pipeline of Field Executives to meet operational targets.

Core Responsibilities

High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize local job portals (Apna, WorkIndia, etc.), social media, and community networks to find field candidates.
Screening: Filter candidates based on "must-haves" (e.g., bike ownership, smartphone proficiency, and local geography knowledge).
Mass Hiring: Organize and lead walk-in drives and group interview sessions.
Onboarding: Manage quick KYC verification (Aadhaar, DL) and facilitate immediate joining.
Retention: Track early-stage attrition and gather feedback from the field to improve hiring quality.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years in high-volume or "blue-collar" recruitment (Logistics, Delivery, or Retail).
