HR Executive / Human Resources Executive
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and performance tracking. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the accounts team.
Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
Support performance appraisal processes and maintain employee evaluation records.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS / ATS tools.
Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Positive attitude, approachable, and people-focused mindset.
Education: Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication and HR knowledge can apply).
