HR Executive

We are looking for a HR (Payroll& compliances) to join our team [USN Consultants pvt. ltd] to manage the End to end payroll & complainces process for the organization.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process monthly payroll including earnings, deductions, overtime, incentives, and final settlements.

2. Manage attendance & leave records and update all data accurately into the payroll system.

3. Ensure statutory compliance like PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and file mandatory returns on time.

4. Handle employee queries related to salary, payroll discrepancies, PF/ESI, and

coordinate with relevant departments.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
